By accessing or using Kynder's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Kynder provides a cloud-based case management platform designed for care teams. Our service may include case tracking, document management, workflow tools, reporting support, and related features that help streamline administrative tasks.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Kynder provides tools to support record keeping and operational workflows, but you remain responsible for how your organisation uses the service and for meeting any legal or regulatory obligations that apply to your work.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to modify commercial terms with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account where there is a breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or another reasonable operational or legal reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease. Where appropriate, we will work with you on reasonable data export or deletion requests, subject to technical feasibility, plan terms, and legal obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the service. Kynder does not guarantee that use of the service will ensure compliance with any specific law, regulation, inspection requirement, or organisational policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
